Merchandise should always be returned to the retail store from which it was purchased. If the store is unable to resolve the issue for you, they will contact us. If you purchased merchandise directly from MOTIV and would like to inquire about a return, please email us at service@motivbowling.com to obtain return authorization. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, refunds will be applied for the value of the merchandise to the credit card used for the initial transaction.
